Contact
One address, read by the person who builds this. There is no ticket system and no chatbot in front of it.
Expect a reply within two working days. If a generation failed and took your credits with it, say so in the subject line and it gets handled first.
What to include
The single most useful thing is the time the problem happened, roughly to the minute, and what you were trying to do. Because uploads are deleted at the end of each request and result links expire, we cannot go and look at your image afterwards — the logs are what we have, and a timestamp is what makes them searchable.
- Roughly when it happened, and your time zone.
- What you asked for, in the words you actually typed.
- What happened instead, including any error text on screen.
- Whether you were signed in, and the email on the account if so.
Please do not attach the photograph unless we ask. We do not want a copy of it sitting in an inbox, and it is rarely what makes a problem diagnosable.
Billing
Payments and subscriptions are handled through Stripe. For a refund, a cancellation, a charge you do not recognise or an invoice, email the address above from the account address if you can — it makes confirming ownership immediate rather than a round trip.
Subscription cancellation is also self-service from your account billing page, and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Data requests
To delete your account and everything attached to it, use the delete control in your account settings, which removes it directly rather than raising a request. If you would rather it were done for you, or you want a copy of what is held first, email the address above.
For an anonymous session there is generally nothing to delete: the upload is gone at the end of the request, and the starter-credit balance is counted against a one-way hash of the connection, which identifies no one and holds nothing personal to erase. The privacy page sets out what exists and for how long.
Reporting misuse
If you believe an image made here has been used to impersonate you, harass someone or misrepresent an event, write to the address above with the share link and any context you can give. Include the link itself, because a result identifier is what lets us find and remove the specific item.
Copyright complaints go to the same address. Include the work concerned, the material you are objecting to, and a way to contact you.
