The parts of a subscription that usually go unsaid until they surprise someone.
Do unused subscription credits roll over?+
No. A plan grants its credits at the start of each billing month, on yearly plans as well as monthly ones, and each grant replaces the previous one rather than adding to it. Credits attached to a plan are for use within that plan. If you want a balance that survives the month, that is what credit packs are for.
Do credit-pack credits expire?+
No — pack credits never expire. They stay in your balance until you spend them, including after a subscription ends. That permanence is why a pack costs more per credit than any subscription does: you are paying for credits that are not on a clock.
How does the subscriber bonus on packs work?+
While your subscription is active, every pack is granted with 20–40% more credits than its face value, at the price everyone pays. The bonus is applied at the moment the credits are granted, so it follows whether the subscription is active when you buy rather than when you spend.
What happens when I move up a plan?+
An upgrade takes effect immediately and is charged immediately. Stripe prorates what you have already paid for the current period, so you are billed the difference rather than the full price twice, and the larger monthly grant lands in your balance once the payment settles. Moving from monthly to yearly billing on the same plan is an upgrade too, and the button says so.
What happens when I move down a plan?+
A downgrade is scheduled instead of applied. Your current plan and its credits run to the end of the period you have already paid for, and the smaller plan starts when that period ends. Nothing is charged in between, and you can change your mind before it takes effect.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?+
Cancelling stops the renewal and nothing further is charged. The plan stays active to the end of the period you have already paid for, and that month of subscription credits expires with it. Credits you bought as packs are untouched and remain available afterwards.
What happens to the photo I upload?+
It is deleted as soon as the edit finishes. We keep the result only so you can download it, and result links expire on their own. Nothing you upload is used to train a model, and no second copy is kept.
Which models does each plan unlock?+
All of them, at every resolution and quality setting the editor offers — no model is held back for a larger plan. Nano Banana 2, Nano Banana Pro and Seedream 5 Pro are the models the free tier never reaches, and every plan on this page runs them. A model becomes available here when it goes live and not before.
How do I pay, and can I get an invoice?+
Payment runs through Stripe Checkout. Cards work everywhere we sell, and Stripe may offer additional local methods at checkout depending on your country. Card details never touch our servers, and invoices and receipts are available from the Stripe billing portal linked in your account.
Is there a way to try it without paying?+
Yes. 12 free credits are available without an account, to spend on any model the free tier reaches. Signing in adds 12 fresh credits every day you come back. None of that free use is watermarked either.
